Who am I?

I am fully accredited by the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), and a professional member of the School of Psychotherapy and Counseling at Regent's College, London. Following completion of my training as an Integrative Psychotherapist, I undertook a further period of professional development at the Tavistock Clinic in ‘Psychoanalytic Understanding of Trauma'. Since then, I have gained considerable experience of working in private practice and also in a consultative capacity in business, both in the commercial and not-for-profit sector.

I am based in Rome, Italy and work with individuals, couples, adults and young people from my consulting rooms in Via Albalonga, close to the metro at Re di Roma and San Giovanni. In addition to my private counseling practice, I am particularly interested in wellbeing initiatives in the workplace, and am working on the development of counseling, coaching, critical incident management and employee support in the growing Italian market. Furthermore, I provide coaching, training and consultancy to students, staff and senior managers at international schools and universities across Italy.

In addition to my ongoing registration with the UKCP (www.psychotherapy.org.uk) I have been awarded the European Certificate of Psychotherapy by the European Association for Psychotherapy (www.europsyche.org) and I hold the “Certificato di Competenza Professionale in Counseling” (CCPC ®) issued by the Italian professional association ‘AssoCounseling’ (www.assocounseling.it). I am registered as an EMDR Practitioner (www.emdritalia.it) and I am a member of the management board of the ‘Associazione Nazionale Psicologi Psicoterapeuti’ (www.anapp.it))

I am presently in the process of applying for full recognition of my UK and European accreditation as a Psychotherapist with the Italian Ministry of Health. Meanwhile I practice as a Counselor, Consultant and Trainer.
